Louis Saha
Clubs – Newcastle, Fulham, Manchester United
Saha moved to Fulham for £2.1 million in the summer of 2000 and spent a total of four years at Craven Cottage before moving to Manchester United in January 2004 for £12.8 million. However Saha only managed to play 13 matches during his first season, scoring 7 goals. After a succession of injuries during the 2004-05 season, he missed the vast majority of the season and scored only 2 goals. Saha was the top scorer in the league cup during the 2005-06 season and won the trophy with United.

 

Nicolas Anelka
Clubs – Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City
He joined Arsenal at the tender age of 17 and became an overnight success at the club. At Arsenal he played a total of 65 matches and scored an impressive 23 goals. His best strike rate certainly came at Manchester City. He was one of the premiership’s top scorer’s during the 2003/04 season scoring a phenomenal 17 goals in the league; in total he scored 38 goals in 89 appearances for Manchester City.

 

Mikael Forssell
Clubs – Crystal palace, Chelsea, Birmingham City
Forssell is arguably one of the most talented football players to have played in the premier league from Finland. After playing for Chelsea between 2001-2003, he moved on loan to Birmingham City for the 2003-04 season and he played a large part in the club’s success during that season. He was one of the leading premiership goal scorers, scoring a total of 17 premiership goals. He has remained at Birmingham ever since and moved permanently in the summer of 2005 for £3 Million.
