Jamie Redknapp
Clubs – Liverpool, Tottenham, Southampton
Redknapp made his full debut for Liverpool during the 2002/03 season and was a revelation ever since in football. He was one of their key players during the 90’s however injury prevented him from progression in the England squad on several occasions. He has enjoyed success with Liverpool winning the UEFA Cup, FA Cup and league cup. After a very successful spell at Liverpool, Redknapp moved to Spurs on a free transfer in 2002. He spent two and a half years there and then moved to join his father, Harry Redknapp, at Southampton.
Steve Stone
Clubs – Nottingham Forest, Aston Villa, Portsmouth
Stone was arguably one of the best players in the premiership during the 1995/96 season; he portrayed himself as a hard working player with great skill and confidence on the ball. During his spell at Nottingham Forest he played 229 matches and scored 27 goals. He moved on to Aston Villa in March 1999 for a fee of £5.5 million. Unfortunately for him injuries restricted his appearances for the club.
Ian Walker
Clubs – Tottenham, Oxford, Leicester City
Ian Walker made his debut for Tottenham in April 1991 and really became a first choice keeper at White Hart Lane for the following years to come. He became a regular in the England squad and his finest season possibly came during the 1995-96 campaign. His terrific goal keeping in front of goal led to him becoming first team choice in front of goal for England during the season. He later on moved Leicester City, performing spectacularly well during the 2002/03 season which helped Leicester to promotion back into the premiership for the 2003/04 season.
